The brief
Set in an old Victorian warehouse and offering a variety of good sized office space on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, the Southborough Centre wanted a website that provided a suggestion of the history but brought a modern, contemporary feel to reflect their facilities.

The Solution
A mix of aged photography to provide the link to the origins of the building with a contemporary user experience provide the links between the old and the new. The suggestion of leafy surroundings is also added subtly to reinforce this small town facility that’s so close to mainline stations and motorways making it an idea spot to base a business. Clean typography and a modern colour palette confirm this ex Victorian warehouse is no Victorian facility.
